As part of our strategy to ensure that we achieve our objectives, we have the support of our parent company, First Securities Discount House Limited (FSDH), one of the largest and most profitable Discount Houses in Nigeria. As at its financial year ended June 2007, FSDH had shareholder's funds of N7.448 billion and a profit after tax of N1.462.65billion. FSDH played a pivotal role in the establishment of FSDH Securities and under a technical services agreement provides technical, operational, financial, research and managerial support to FSDH Securities.
