1. Mr. Dan Agbor (Chairman).
Mr. Agbor is a Partner in the prestigious law firm of Udo Udoma &
Belo-Osagie and his area of specialisation is law relating to banking
and finance.
2. Mrs Hamda Ambah. Mrs Ambah is a graduate of the University of Lagos and the Imperial College of Science & Technology, London with several years of experience and a distinguished career in the financial sector. She started her banking career at International Merchant Bank Plc in December 1982. She is a member of the Nigerian Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers and a Director of First Securities Discount House Limited.
3. Mr. Junaid Dikko. Mr.
Dikko holds a degree in Economics & Business Politics from Cornell
College Mount Vernon, Iowa, U.S.A. He is a Director of U.B.A. Trustees
Limited (a wholly owned subsidiary of one of the three largest commercial
banks in Nigeria) and First Securities Discount House Limited.
4. Mr Gamaliel Ogheneruese Onosode (Jnr). Mr Onosode holds a B.A and M.A degrees in Economics from Baylor University, Waco Texas, USA. He has extensive experience in the Capital Market sector, especially in Nigeria, having worked in the industry for well over two decades. He is an Authourized Dealing Clerk of the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (CIS).

Mr Gamaliel Ogheneruese Onosode (Jnr): Is the Chief Executive Officer of FSDH Securities Limited. He holds a B.A and M.A degrees in Economics from Baylor University, Waco Texas, USA. He has over twenty years working experience in the Nigerian capital market. Before joining the organization, he was the Managing Director of Denham Management Limited and acted in that capacity for over two years. Prior to that, he was the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Eurocomm Overseas Limited and Matrix Capital Management Limited. Mr Onosode had also worked with various organizations serving in key managerial positions ranging from Head of Stock broking to Group Head of Capital markets at RIMS securities and RIMS Merchant Bank Limited respectively. A seasoned and experienced marketer and Authorized Dealing Clerk of The Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE), Mr Onosode (Jnr) is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (CIS) and also a member of the Board of Directors in different organizations.

Mr Kwemto Emeka Okoli:
He is a graduate from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka and also a Masters Degree holder from the Edo State University (Now Ambrose Alli University) Ekpoma, Edo State. He is an Authorised Dealing Clerk of The Nigerian Stock Exchange, and also an Associate of The Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers. He had worked in Securities Transactions & Trust Co Ltd where he was responsible for Trade Executions in the Dealing Department. He joined FSDH Securities Ltd in January 2006 after a brief stint at Vetiva Capital Management where he successfully started the Stock-broking/Dealing Unit.
Mr Ayodele Akinwunmi:
He is a graduate of Economics from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Osun State. He had worked in the Research Department of Money Market Association of Nigeria and Greenwich Trust Limited before joining FSDH Securities Limited. He works in the FSDH Group/FSDH Securities Research Unit.
Miss Peju Adelakun: She is a graduate of
Business Administration & Management from the University of Ado-Ekiti
and works in the FSDH Group/FSDH Securities Research Unit.
